Admission Rules

Naturopathy treatments involves certain restrictions, Please read the contents mentioned below very carefully so that you are fully aware of these rules of the Centre.

• Persons below 18 and above 80 years are discouraged from availing treatments at the Centre unless on the recommendation of the Centre Doctors.
• Attendants are normally not permitted to stay at the Centre. In exceptional cases, the management may agree depending on the requirements of the patients and its Charge will be extra.
• Prescribed diets are an important part of the treatment. Patient’s diet will require total abstinence from coffee, alcohol, smoking, pan masala, zarda and non-vegetarian food. Patients are not permitted to bring any eatables and other prohibited items from outside the centre.
• Minimum no. days stay is 5 and Maximum no. of days stay is 30.
• The amount of Booking Deposit is Rs.2000/- can be sent by Demand Draft/Cash to name of account: Shri Laxmichand Manekchand Charitable Trust,Mundra-Kutch or Deposit in our Bank account. Account number:018610011844,Dena Bank-Mundra Branch-Kutch, 370 421.
• Charges for the all days should be deposited at the time of admission.
• All cancellation shall be informed at least 7 days in advance to the officein writing/e-mail or fax.
• Management shall not be responsible for any losses
• Do not leave the premises without the permission of doctor.
• All extension are subject to availability of accomodation and CMO’s approval.
• Rules and Regulation of Kudrati Upchar Kendra is applying.
• Above all treatments are varies from patient to patient and severity of disease condition.
• All the treatments and diet will be given according to the doctors’ prescription.
• For identification bring ration card /election card / driving license / pan card / passport/ adhar card etc.
• For all disputes, mundra-kutch is the jurisdiction.
• Sunday will remain half day.
• Extra special treatment will be charged.
